Course Synopsis
An introductory course specially designed for individuals exploring to be a VIP flight attendant in the business aviation industry. This 2-hour course will provide a thorough understanding of the corporate aviation industry, and provide you with an overview of the duties and responsibilities of your future position as a private jet flight attendant.
On top of it, the trainer, Ms Casey Tan will also be sharing the roles and responsibilities of a corporate flight attendant and key skills required for you to succeed as a corporate flight attendant. This will help you have a better understanding of the industry, the expectations of a CFA and help you assess your next steps before making the move to this industry.

- Course is not applicable for cancellation or refund once the trainee has signed up and made the payment for the course. However, trainee will be allowed to either have a one-time deferment of course date or transfer rights of course to a nominated attendee subject to SkyLux Consultancy’s discretion and approval.
- A digital copy of an introductory guide to corporate aviation will be provided to trainees at the end of the course.

A career as a Corporate Flight Attendant in the business aviation industry is very different from that of a commercial airline flight attendant, regardless of how many years of experience you have in commercial airlines. It requires a different set of skills and training.
The “Introduction to the Corporate Aviation Industry” program is suitable for commercial flight attendants who are interested in business aviation and ready to consider a career as a VIP cabin crew in the business aviation industry.
If you are new to the business aviation industry, attending the “Introduction to the Corporate Aviation Industry” 2-hour online course is recommended. It is an introductory course specially designed for individuals considering a career as a VIP cabin crew in the business aviation industry.
If you are an existing flight attendant with no prior experience to the business aviation industry, attending the “Corporate Flight Attendant Masterclass” is recommended. It is an in-depth course into cabin crew operational duties including catering, menu and trip planning, pre-flight; in-flight and post-flight duties, inflight service techniques, as well as key soft skills in order to create and build delightful and impactful passenger experiences.
If you are an existing corporate flight attendant, attending the “Advanced CFA Leadership Masterclass” is recommended. It is an advanced course specially designed for VIP flight attendants wishing to move into management level, from aircraft delivery to cabin setup; cabin crew and inflight catering team setup; and aircraft and cabin maintenance.
The “Introduction to the Corporate Aviation Industry” half day course is kept at 10 trainees per class.
Rescheduling of our training is permitted with reasonable notice and is done only at the discretion of SkyLux Consultancy. Class dates are also subject to change at the discretion of SkyLux Consultancy. Changes in the anticipated training program dates, or times will be done on an “as need” basis, and are usually the result of existing conditions encountered at the date, or time the training is scheduled to take place. We will inform any registered student if this occurs and you will be given alternative options for continuing, or changing the dates of training.
The “Introduction to the Corporate Aviation Industry” is not applicable for refunds, and a one-time rescheduling will be permitted with proper notice. Otherwise, please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for more details.
Aside from the differences in format and delivery, both the 2-hour online Zoom course and the Udemy introduction courses feature the same comprehensive content and syllabus.
